Conventional student housing often relies on large communal areas and standardized room types that overlook the diverse needs of students.

This proposal introduces four-bedroom apartment clusters as the primary living unit, creating opportunities for natural daily interaction while preserving privacy.

Based on the analysis of an existing residence in Geneva, the design integrates accessibility as a standard condition, resulting in an inclusive, adaptable environment where every resident can personalize their space.
